Just arrived yesterday from UK , they do not sell them here. I read about thedurability issue but I only play on clay and really wanted a very comfortable shoe for my knees. And the price was right , too apart from the fact that the design really stands out. Definitely not mainstream!

Just a little update in case someone is interested in getting them. Apart from the killer looks the sole remains as new after 4 hrs of play in clay with moderate sliding (I am not Rafa).
I decided next time to tie the laces to the upper holes just to see how it goes. |

I have used these and had several pairs of the BigShots. I tried these as they were on a big discount and the BigShots fit me very well. They weren't much of a bargain as the sole (that looks the same as the BigShot sole) only lasted about 1/10th of the time (not exaggerating). I was using them mostly on artificial grass.

Here locally that shoe couldn't sell at all......not even in the $10 bargain bin!!!!! Ended up dropping off like 30 pairs to a local shelter downtown a few weeks ago........drive around downtown Houston now and you might see some interesting folks talking to themselves and pushing shoppings carts wearing some pretty natty LaMonf kicks.
