Talking Dunlop biomimetic f 3.0 tour?

What are ya'lls opinions on this racquet? i heard it was really arm friendly and had great over all specs, though its low powered do you think it would work well with a more powerful multifilament?

i have used both poly and multi in this frame and it works great! the frame has some power but is closer to a babolat apd than the pure drive. it is very comfortable to play with. there is a lot of control with this frame and it has some pop but it can certainly work well with a powerful multi. i use 17g strings in mine.

It's actually a really solid stick. The folks at Dunlop widened the tip a bit to expand the sweetspot. It's very comfortable and easy to hit with. Even with the 18x20 pattern, the spin was enough to get the job done.

Cool, I'm really stuck between this racquet and a couple donnays, currently on a hiatus from playing because of arm troubles but in most likely starting competition again in January so I'm looking at arm friendly racquets with specs that work for my game, would still probably go with the multi just fr the comfort, do you think in this frame it would need a low or high tension if the multi is a little powerful? ( I like to hit spin from the baseline and move my opponents from side to side in singles or or hit a good sloce serve and move into net or hit heavy topspin lobs in doubles )

Well it's a pretty good stick. It's a pretty big departure from its predecessor, the Bio 300 tour as it's more a like Aero Pro drive, though there is still control similar to Blades. My one gripe is that it gets pushed around pretty bad against heavy hitters. The comfort and feel is there, but that lack of plow through on defensive shots kind of sucks. Other than that, there's good pop, spin, and control. I'd say lower the tension about 5lbs below your average, but that's just me. I went from 56lbs to 50ish and had bigger serves and defensive shots in my next set.

Isospeed classic strings work very well in this frame and are easy on the arm. From experimenting I found the F3.0 tour to work best around mid tension (55-57 lbs) and I definitely would not go over 58#. Prince Premier Attack is more lively and also very arm friendly. I prefer the lower power of the Isospeed myself. I have also used Isospeed Energetic which is a soft/spongy string with good power and this is the one that I would string a little higher (5. Very soft and still get good spin. PPA in black looks the sharpest though.

I put 4 grams of lead on the upper hoop, spread around covering all of the "Dunlop" lettering; and it gave me a better serve and plow through.

I was stuck in between this and the Donnay X-Dual Gold 99. I chose the Donnay. It was easier on the arm and more maneuverable for me. I was able to hit harder and deeper with the Dunlop, but the Donnay had more touch and was able to hit more consistently with it.

I loved this frame sooooo much. I'm switching to it. Got a freakin' buttload of pop on the ball for a control oriented racquet. Spin is great too, even for a tight 18x20. No vibrations AT ALL it seemed. Arm friendly. Kick serves are jumping big time with it. The only thing I will say about it is that the throat is a little big and feels weird when I hold the ball on serve, but thats whatevs.
