Default Donald Young doing another racquet switch?

A friend of mine, who is a hitting partner to many players, just posted this on Facebook.

Looks like DY is has a blacked out Babolat or a Solinco frame (looking at the overgrip tape)?

Maybe this is the racquet that will magically make him put in more effort and stop trying to win points in 2 strokes all the time.

Lol. He must be a poster on these boards.

I see the Solinco over grip and the head of the racquet has the typical Solinco NiMesh finish on the sides. It may be a new Solinco racquet..........

Strangely enough so do I. Maybe its because if he falls far enough in the rankings he might end up at one of our local courts looking for a hit.

The fact that the swoosh kept him is also a surprise while Deplo/Tomas supposedly got cut!

Bit much. The kid just needs a real coach and a kick up the *****.

Also, it has a 16x19 string pattern. What was he currently using?

He needs a real coach. He definitely has the potential. But that looks like that new head racquet that head hasnt released yet. let me find the vid.

edit: second thought maybe not. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qkFhaYDenZM

edit: third thought that actually looks like the new 2013 Head PWR Prestige 16x19 too

The grommets don't look anything like the traditional head grommet.

That looks an awful lot like the rarely seen in public Solinco Tour series frame. Has the matte black finish and what looks like their ni-mesh on the hoop. It's also the correct 16x19 pattern for the Tour series

Probably not going back to Head. But thanks for sharing the video - 11 Jan now marked on my calendar. Anyone know where that was filmed? Austria? I liked the covered clay courts - that looks like a fun place to hit.

PS - Donald's morbidly obese mom practically invented tennis! Her 'pizza after practice' nutritional advice is a breakthrough in sports fitness. If she can't get him into the Top 10, nobody can. (Note: the previous 3 sentences may contain large doses of sarcasm).
