How about Verdasco for biggest choke? But the year is young and he'll try to outdo himself, and — as he holds a certain esteem in this department — I have no doubt he will succeed.

For the ups and downs, I guess. Or come-from-behind. Or complete and utter meltdown.

Perhaps we should see how the other 3/4 of the year goes before giving out awards?

Even if it wasn't the biggest upset, it should at least be put on the list of notable matches for Miami.

Fed vs. Djoko and Fed vs. Murray at Wimbly were the best matches.

How has nobody nominated Nadal vs. Rosol as the biggest upset match? That's one of the biggest upsets of the last 10 years.

EDIT: Just noticed most of the posts were before that match happened. Thought the thread was a new one!

I agree - both great matches overall even if they didn't go to five sets. I consider a pwning where both players still play well to be generally better matches than a run-a-thons that go to 10-8 in the 5th.

I also loved the randomness of the Janowocz vs Murray match at Bercy.

Ferrer beating Del Potro at Miami was also an eye-opener too. He just made Del Potro look impotent and outgunned.
