Default Inbetween point twirling

I have been twirling racket Fed style between points. Before my serve Before the ROS
I just cannot seem to stop it
It's addictive
I do notice if I twirl in a medially rotation way my firearms tighten up
If I twirl in a laterally rotational way my firearms relax
I guess it's a matter of knowing when to twirl and when not to

Son used to do that too. Is it causing you problems? Are you not ready to hit the return because of doing this? If not, who cares, just another thing that people do to relax the mind.

Don't call it "Fed style". Racquet twirling has been around way before his first match was broadcasted. It ain't new. There's not a right moment to twirl or not twirl. You twirl just because it's a habit you've developed over time. (whether you originated yourself or you saw it on TV and thought it looked cool is a different story)

Make sure to twirl it so that the forehand and backhand sides are always the same when you stop twirling.

Now I have messed with your mind and you will not be able to focus on your game.
