Bit confused by this, but I am thinking I am just missing the obvious....
If the Orange Bowl and Eddie Herr are ITF events ( and for 18's - you need an ITF number and I thought an ITF ranking to get into the main draw and these two events are week long events during school), then how do the huge points one gets for winning (even two matches) of an ITF event count for a national USTA ranking? See pages 12-15 of the attached. Most of these events listed above offer level 1 or 1A USTA points. Standard ITF's offer USTA level 3 points.
