Default Crosses on a one piece???

Hi i am doing my first string job and i am doing a one piece and have finished the mains but not sure how to do the crosses. Can anybody help me out?

What frame is it?
Have you tied off the short side?

With a once piece, you tie off your short side, then the long side, you just take the string that is left after you do the last main and start right on the first cross, that's it.

What type clamps are you using, do you have a a starting clamp, and what frame are you stringing?

You tie off the short side then with the long side you start doing crosses. You may need to set your clamps back a bit to start the crosses. Maybe that's the reason why Klippermate usually recommends two peices in thier string patterns. Personally, I've never tried using flying clamps on a one peice job.

Is this the same racket we discussed in the other thread?
