hybrid search

Not exactly a string related search, but I want to search for something like "hybird" and "sensation" so that the results will have BOTH words in it.

Seems to be no way to do this as other search engines do; e.g. "hybrid+sensation" should do it, but it doesn't.

The results are just overwhelming - giving so many threads that have one or th eother in it.
Anyone hava a way to do this?
