I recently received a racquet from a friend to add some lead in places(handle and bumper). When I went to remove the grommets I accidentally pulled a little too hard on the bumperguard to pull it off and ripped one of the grommets. I want to try these Fittex individual grommets to replace the broken grommet.
Anyone know what size I should buy and how to secure it to the original bumper guard? |

You have 3 options from this point. 1: If you know the name of the model of the racket you can call the company itself and see what the dimensions of the grommets are. 2: You could buy the grommets made exactly from the racket in tenniswarehouse 3: Or you could just buy a new bumper guard. |

Thanks, the racquet was a old head prestige(pre microgel and liquidmetal). I don't think the newer grommet would fit on them so installing individual ones might have been the only option. I'll try teflon tubing.
