I've been taking private lessons from a coach to improve my tennis skill, but I feel like the best way is to simply practice.
I need a hitting partner, but don't know where to start looking for one. How did you guys do it? Would greatly appreciate any suggestions |

Find a local public court in your area.Show up every night and pay attention to which players you may be able to hit with depending on your abilities. Ask to join in and soon u will be within there tennis circles.

Find a local tennis court with pickup tennis, mostly on weekends, mostly on courts where there are more than 4 courts total.
Hang out during play times. Mostly, old farts play early, like 8AM thru 11, while the younger crowd shows around 10 thru 2, then a separate afternoon crowd shows up around 3-4 and often play till the lights are turned on. |
