Have you ever gone back to a stick you used to play with and then thought...
1. I can't believe I once played with this crap..! or 2. Why did I ever switch? |

I still break out my old 13yr old frames sometimes, now strung with poly. It actually reminds me a lot of the APDGT I use now, with less power and spin. I still see why I bought them in the first place. I think competing using a less demanding frame would have been more suitable. Its interesting how differently these old frames can play with poly in them.

Yep. I've been playing with POGs and most recently Donnays (POG like but denser stringbed)
I used POG OS in the 80's. Sold them long ago and recently went back to old style frames since I hurt my wrist. I did hit a few balls with a Pure Drive GT today. No offence but it felt like a toy compared to the 355-360 gram sticks I've been using.
