I am a senior playing with the Babolat Aero Pro and want to find a string that is arm friendly but durable, if there's such a thing. Do you have any suggestions. Thanks

I wouldn't suggest gut it's too powerful and not good with an APD..
My advice would be try a thicker gauge of string. |

I would suggest Polybifre TCS mains with Excel crossses. I just gave up on the APD, my elbow hurt a bit. Its the same dog with a different collar. I will buy VCore 97, 310 version, more stability, good spin, beautiful cosmetics, check video reviews in youtube. VCORE 100 S plays similar to APD, bigger sweetspot, less vibration.

Also i wouldnt' suggest soft multi's either, they too can be too powerful for an APD. I would suggest a soft poly strung low, between 40 and 50 lbs.

^^^^^^^
Copolys in an Aero Pro is not an arm friendly string at all. I'd suggest Head RIP series, they are soft but have a lot of control since they are a low power string.
