The 865 has everything I wanted in an electronic machine, easy mounting system, spring assisted bottom clamps, Pn-1012 top clamps (very good), and a small foot print. And the price is hard to beat $559. Just not sure about the true constant pull (if it is significant) and I have always strung on a linear string gripper machine. Not sure about the rotational gripper, since I have not used one. Also looked at the Gamma ES II and the X-ES machine. They work the same way as the Eagnas, which means to get a true constant pull machine it cost a lot more. Only cheap way to get a true constant pull is use a drop weight system, which I currently have. |
