Default To TW: Head Graphene Speed Pro top bumper problem

http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showthread.php?t=451609

Is this happening to you guys at TW stringing and what not? Have you fielded a variety of calls yet about this?

The tabbed piece should fit underneath the adjoining piece correct? My tabbed piece was sticking out and unfortunately someone at a local pro shop cut the piece without asking.

You have to use a special stringing weave that covers the junction between the grommets. Not an obvious thing to do. I think that whoever cut the grommet screwed up and owes you a new grommet and a restring. Should not cut a new $200 racquet.

I have heard that Head is looking into this right now.
