My impression is that B5E is the spinniest and is low powered. PL2 is the most comfortable and a bit more powerful. 4g produces less spin, is stiffer, retains tension better and has the most control of the three. Am I correct?

IME, B5E is the spinniest, holds tension better and has the most control. I struggle to think of many strings with more control than B5E, and 4G definitely isn't it.

I only disagree with 4g. I found it to be really comfortable feeling...probably the most of these 3. I also didn't find it "stiff feeling" at all, but feel is a very personal thing. But I agree on your other 2. B5E is a great poly...just a little low powered. PL2 is a great all around performer and has been for many years. 4g seems like an "acquired taste" string.
