Or, do you find it more relaxing hanging out and watching the game on your own?
I got a couple of invites, and obviously it would be a lot of fun watching the game with a bunch of friends. OTOH, there are going to be lots of friends of friends, who quite frankly, annoy the sh-- out of me, so it could actually get quite stressful and aggravating. I'll make a game day decision. What do you prefer? |

We are bringing the fruit salad to a party at Linda and Kenny's. Fortunately, it will only be 8 or 10 people so the usual problem -- too much chatting that makes it hard to hear the commercials -- should be manageable.

Going to my tennis club's annual SB party-bringing ribs and sides. Right now I'm slow-cooking 3 racks of baby back ribs in a 225-degree oven (made a Memphis style dry rub and wrapped in foil). Cooked 2 1/2 hours thus far (the house smells great!), 30 minutes to go. Made cucumber salad, cole slaw and German potato salad to go with them.

Nope, people don't watch the Superbowl here so there aren't really any.
I'll be stopping up and watching by myself, fun! |

Win. OMG.
I had a great time at the superbowl party I chose. No issues with ******baggery. I didn't drink or eat to excess. Generally had a very good time. Quote:

Yea my buddiea dad (who rode with the colts even after they left BMore) me (not a ravens fan), an eagles fan and like 10 ravens fans. 7 of which started linking them in December. Evey raven fan in that room gave up and were ready to blame evryone but the actual team giving up the points and not scoring points.
I really think that 2 minute warning when SF was on the 6 gave the ravens enough time to re-group and make those final three plays. I question the play callling on both the 2pt conversion and those last three plays though. But Bmore had been solid goal line team all year.
