But generally as everyone has noted, every string is going to play/feel/last differently, so there are no exact copies.

I'll have to look into ICE. The price is really good. I'd just have to get over the cheap fishing line look. Lol

Haha yes, I would say exactly that
Both strings are incredibly unique in their own right which is why they're so popular. Thing is, they're popular for players who like a different feel which is close to opposite that of the other string. In other words, if you love Silverstring, you'll likely not much like ALU and vice versa. ALU provides more spin but little feel, whereas Silverstring offers amazing feel and superb control. |

db10s, are you pusing ICE because you have to or because you genuinely think it's amazing?
I thought it was discontinued? |

Gamma had a string of a similar (maybe same... not sure) name and that one was discontinued. I use it at 49lbs, I use it over Black Widow if that means anything... Considering the price, I haven't found anything better (that works for me). I'm not REQUIRED to promote any products, but that doesn't mean Dunlop wouldn't like it if I did.

I second Solinco Tour Bite which is cheaper and is just as crisp.

This club always had direct fluorescent lighting, but just recently they were updated to the smaller lamps which are MUCH brighter (and I am sure more efficient). The first time I hit under the new lights was tough, but I knew it would be good when I got used to it. The ball is almost like an over sharpened TV image, and it isn't quite where you think it is. After a couple of times hitting under them I don't even notice any more, and they are great. That court, those lights are the best I play on. J
