I want to thank the customer service reps from Tennis warehouse for superb customer service. I placed an order On Friday changed it Saturday afternoon and Friday order rerouted and new order was suppose to ship out today. Checked order status and it had not been released. So decided to change order AGAIN and the CSRs were wonderfully and extremely helpful. Doesn't get any better. Thanks again

I haven't put them through that kind of work out, but every time I have needed to tweak an order, they made the process painless. Other online retailers could take a lot of lessons from TW, especially concerning learning from their exemplary customer service.
