Default Weight Frame – Throat or MgR/I

I wish to add weight to the frame to give it more heft.

Is it best to add weight at the throat as TW suggest in order to retain the balance - or add weight at say 7 inches from the butt - MgR/I.

As I understand it weight at 7 inches from the butt assists in making the frame swing easier and I guess would make the frame a tad head lighter.

Comments on this would be appreciated

Are you adding weight for more plow thru or for ease of swing feeling?
