Does anybody have any personal feedback about the Eagnas Beta(Glide Bar) Stringing Machine.
Friend of mine is thinking about getting one. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance |

I chose the Combo 810 for the fixed clamps.

spend the extra 60 bucks for the combo 910 (30 more bucks than the 810, which is a table top, same machine).
I think, only based on my experience (i owned a 910) and the posts of others, that the combo 910 may be eagnas' best offering, bang for the buck.

Eagnas make a lot machine with similar mounts, clamps, etc. There are just some slight differences between some of thier models.

My 910 comes in on Friday! Can't wait!
I had an Eagnas badminton machine (ST-200) for about 8 years and have had no problems with it (strung about 200 racquets with it). |

a solid choice amongst Eagnas' offerings. Been there, done that. It's a fine machine for the money.

The 910 is a good choice. I didn't need the stand.
I had to play with the clamp base adjustments, but it's good now. Nice features for the price. A bit sloppy, but pretty solid.

table wobbles more, clamps need more adjustment and have more "drawback" than some, tension head may not be as consistent (i found that to be somewhat true).
edit: i was happy with the 910, nonetheless, for the money. it really was pretty damn solid once you had it dialed in.

^^^ exactly.
Certainly not machined to the same tolerances as a $1,400 unit, but it does the job.

i was producing string jobs which seemed 1-3# or so higher on my eagnas 910 than on my gamma 6004.
both machines calibrated, seemingly fine. just sayin'. slop may not mean less tension...
