Hi,
My current racket of choice is the AeroPro Drive Cortex (Non-GT). I tried the GT for 6 months but the stiffness felt higher and swingweight was higher. My question is the new AeroPro Drive 2013 similar to the Cortex (Non-GT) version as the swingweight is now lower? Is it worth the upgrade? If not, I will search for used cortex (non-gt) racquets. Thanks! |

Swingweight of the 2013 is definitely lower than the GT and even lower than the cortex.
I found that the new one is a bit less stable than the cortex and GT, but it had a much softer feel and better control. Everything else was about the same. I enjoyed the upgrade in feel too much to let the slight drop in stability bother me.
