Questions 're new racquets from TW

Just got two Volkl PB 7's from TW (couldn't resist the price). The grips have a small orange sticker on them with 3 numbers, obvious are the weight on balance point, but I am not sure about the last number 291 & 296. Is this swingweight? Specs say 309.

Also, and this may be me being too anal, but although I asked that they be strung the same (Gosen sheep micro 17@ 57 #), they have a slightly different pitch when struck. Is this only due to differences in tension or can there be enough variation in the racquets to make them sound different.

Different pitch when strung? You mean picking the string with your finger? How do you make the sound? It would be better to use a measuring device for a comparable tension measurement such as stringmeter.
