Hey, youcannotbeserious, must I behave like vernonbc to be considered a "real fan"? I'd rather stop watching tennis altogether than to **** out like that.

Hmmm, who are you gonna believe? Someone who has 9000 posts on this forum trashing Rafa or someone who is an admitted fan of his and tries to always remain positive and reads most of the media there is about him.

A miracle he even beat Almagro and made the final really. Both players being out of action for roughly the same time, it's logical that Nadal would destroy Nalbandian even if he did struggle to get to the final. Nadal's opponents might have taken Nalbandian out to be honest.
I think Nalby played better throughout the tournament than Nadal did. He beat Almagro who not only was the defending champ, but he also served something like 28 aces in that match. Nalby just had an off day or else he would have won.

See, I can actually take in oxygen because I don't have my head up Nadal's rear end like you do. You were wrong about everything in your post. Nothing you said was totally accurate down to the description of the picture you posted.

Here's a video of him leaving for Chile. Do you see Xisca anywhere? He's not even wearing the same clothes in this video that he is in the picture you posted. Again, you're still as clueless as ever.

Here's another one. And in this one you can see he's wearing the gray sweatshirt that he has on in the picture you posted, but he was in Barcelona at the time. Yep, still as clueless as you ever were.

I didn't see Nalby play, but obviously Nadal was struggling to people way below Nalbandian's talent level and then he destroys David. I guess maybe David came back with 6 months off and played good but couldn't keep it up. Just sad knowing Nadal wasn't even playing well according to most people here and david still did so much worse than most players have against Nadal since his return. But I can't be too hard on him. I shouldn't even care after that stuff he pulled at queens But always admired his talents and especially the way he could crush Fed and Nadal back to back.

Yeah what he did at Queens was despicable, but you have to admire his talent. The guy is technically as sound as any player I have ever seen. He's just lacks the mental strength to get it done when the chips are down.

He also has a bit of a mean streak with reporters, and just yesterday called one of them a "moron" when he asked him about his sign kicking incident in Queens. Lol.

Oh dear... not good. Yeah as a person he does not always show himself in a good light. But I also feel bad for him because I liked him since Wimbledon 2002 and he beat Federer a lot, even in the AO and USO in 2003 the year Federer won Wimbledon and he just never managed to win a slam. And he's one of those guys that when he's on he can be impossible to play.Oh well.

Would have been cool if Nadal had won Vina Del Mar last week after being out for 8 months and nalbandian had won this after being out for 6 but Nadal's z game is better than Nalby's z game, and I guess Zeb's A game is better than both (z games)

Wake up to reality, will you?

And she never spent 10 months in London. I don't know where you heard that from but it's bogus.

Oh, and that picture is not her seeing him off to Chile. It was taken Jan 25th at the Barcelona airport.
I wouldn't say she's been "using" Nadal. He helps her out because she's his girlfriend, or friend, or whatever.. Seems fine to me.

yeah, but what is your point?

Do you think that Nadal could have won Wimbledon when it was still superfast grass?

Why, where did you post them?.

I would. She refused to even go out with him until after he won his first slam and started raking in the money. I don't think her motives could be described as anything else.

They are also as pretentious about their "relationship" as humanly possible. They act as if they have something no one else on earth has. Their behavior is eyeroll worthy.

Why not? He did win Queens on superfast grass, beating huge servers in the process. Who's to say he couldn't manage one title there?

Sorry about this late post.
Couldn't understand Nalbandian on the final, on quarters and semis he was hitting the ball very clean.
Here is a video made by me

But he wasn't playing against Nadal in the quarters or the semis. When will people figure out that Rafa is an amazing player and he MAKES other players look bad. It's not a coincidence that so many have such bad games against him...its that Rafa is so good.

You're right, but Nadal raised his level on the final, his shots were deeper than were on other matches here in brasil. But Nalbandian was missing some easy shots, and even the crowd was recognizing it! But sure, he knows that o n the other side is Nadal and like you said, he have this abillity of making other players look bad.

Nalby was never gonna be a threat to Nadal on clay in any case.
