Nadal is the first player in tennis history to complain about clay, rules and hardcourts in the same calendar week.

In the next few days, he has a chance to be the first player in tennis history to complain about clay, rules, hardcourts and schedule in the same calendar week.

Vamos Rafa!

He is starting to sound like an old grandpa/grandmother complaining all the time.

Nadal complains about 25 sec limit because it's hard to fit all my OCDs in 25 sec, no?

Best thread ever!!!! and pretty useful too, needless to say!

I think it should be sticky, on the very top of all the sticky threads! Bamos!!!

Also, it could be handy to write a list of all grievances of our darling Martyr Rafi - just to keep track of them.

I remember the famous banana sabotage and the following drama :

Complains about Madrid's altitude :

it was too hard to breathe!!!

The next year, the very colour of Madrid's clay was too much for poor Rafi, he ******d to boycott the tournament if the blue stays (it won't. phew!!) :

Playing with constant injuries: knee, foot, butt, etc... (remember he never loses unless hes injured)
Unfair rules: 20-25 seconds between points, no coaching from the stands
Unfair schedule of too many hardcourts
Unfair court speeds: not every surface is slow yet
Unfair drug test procedures: too many tests, has to be available at anytime
ATP and ITF not caring about the players health and basically indirectly causing all of Rafa's injuries.

Arrow Have Mercy..........

All of this complaining is Rafa lashing out because he is frightened about his knee. The docs have have told him to go easy, but that is not his way.

Quote:
However, Cotorro believes Nadal's injury is the accumulation of wear and tear from nearly a decade at the top of the game
"It's true the problems derived from Rafa's foot injury made us make some changes to the insole, but more than nine years of high-level competition have caused this tendon to have this type of injury," added Cotorro
I still believe there is more to this story that they are not saying. He may be facing something he doesnt want to, if he continues to play this way.

Cheers, TennezSport

Breaking News from the Nadal camp: the indoor clay in Brazil is too slippery proving yet again the ATP is sabotaging the health of its players. In addition, the lines on the slippery Brazilian clay courts are cracking. But, Nadal's team is working with the tournament to see if something can be done to "fix" the situation.

The guy is weird. Do you think he lines his drinks, silverware and plates up just so at dinner each evening?

The only thing getting ridiculous is the haters' obsession with him.

Get a life people, really.

I'm curious to see if he still wants to bring up the 2 year rolling ranking system now that it no longer benefits him and actually makes it more difficult for him to climb back to the top.

Good point. Maybe someone will ask him that in one of his pressers.

Rafa's the modern day Borg. When Borg couldn't win and remain at #1 anymore, all he did was ***** and moan until he retired.

Even scarier is how similar their records are. Go look them up and you'll see how it's almost a mirror image.
