Looks like Texas Tech is looking for a new men's coach
http://ncaamarket.ncaa.org/jobs/5143...h-men-s-tennis http://protennisjobs.com/tennis-jobs...s-tennis-coach It is kind of surprising that they are posting the job since Ferriera was named Associate Head Coach this past fall. |

Yea great.......team has what 7 or 8 Brazilians - that's all Ferriera does recruit São Paulo.
Tech will also think they are a premier team and look for a new coach with 5+ yrs of being a head coach. |

Head coach announced in December that he will retire at the end of the year.
I don't know what you mean by a premier team, but they are a pretty good program. In his 20 years they've done pretty well and cracked the top 25 more than a few times. |

Ferreira is hit and miss. He has deep connections in Brazil but often dosen't get the premier Brazilians. Raony Carvalho had the prettiest forehand in college tennis but was a headcase. The recent Tech teams have been quite good, strong at the top. This new group of Brazilians haven't shown much yet though
