Talking Used Racket Purchase

Must say kudos to TW, bought two Bio 300's used and expected a couple beatup frames with the grade I purchased and instead got two nice looking frames, obviously used but look well above my expectations and IMO the grade. Well done
Thanks

JLyon,

We are very happy to hear that! We are very conservative with the grades we put on the racquets because we would rather have you pleasantly surprised instead of disappointed.

I will pass the word along to our staff in the used racquet department.

I second this. The racquets i received a couple days ago ( grade D ) were in FANTASTIC condition. It was like a 8/10 condition racquet.

I have to concur with the other posts. My frames that were in D- were better then an 8.5/10 frame I bought last month locally. Just awesome service. I can't be more pleased, and I've highly recommended the service to everyone I know!

I will also echo the same comments. Racquets purchased as grades C to C+ were in excellent condition. I would have called these frames 9/10!
