Default need to get some parts for neos

I need some parts for neos 1000 but cannot get through tennis machine. Emailed them and left 3 voice mails in few days and never get a call back.
Anyone know how to get response from them? Anywhere else can get parts?

I would try contacting Prince.
They should have all the parts your'e looking for.
Never had experience with the Prince customer service but from what I heard of they have a great customer service.

Surprised Tennis Machines has not responded. I Talked with JC just the other day and he was very helpful. Both times I called he picked up, I believe it was about 9:00AM their time.

When I called Prince about my Neos 1000 they told me to call Tennis Machines. Most of the time they are really responsive and always friendly. I always enjoy talking to JC and once you get in contact he'll take care of you.

I've been waiting two months now for parts that are suppose to be coming in soon. It's a hit or miss with TM. Leave a message and JC will call back, eventually.

What time are you calling them? I called (636) 861-4599 just now (10:24 CST) and they picked up on the first ring.

Tennis Machines has always be tip top, A1 for not only sales and service, but they've talked me through some things on my machine over the phone

Overall one of the best vendors I've ever worked with

I have not received any call yet and do not think this time will be anything different than the other. I have tried to contract them for more than a week. Definitely not a pleasant experience.
Good thing is that I am still able to use my other stringing machine. If I have to wait for the parts to operate the stringing machine, it will be a different story.

Do you have the manual? Call prince directly, pete is the expert who may be able to help. I am not home so I don't know the number off my head, I can dig it up if needed. Post a note.

I sent them an email pointing out this thread to alert them to the issue. It will be interesting to see if they respond.

I've sent them emails before, but never got a responce. The phone seems to work the best, you just need to call at the right time. You have to remember this is a Two man business, J Henry and JC. TM really needs to improve it's website. It looks like it was designed more than 10 years ago and has not been updated since they moved a few years back.

Ten11, what part are you looking for? I can tell you Dogs and replacement pads for the Neos/Ektelon are back ordered. I will post an update if my order ever gets filled.

It need turn table brake, one glide bar, 2 clamps and one pin in throat area to hold the racket.
also need one scree and spring in tension head. I found one screw in my tool box and do really see why I need the spring. This can be found in home depot for sure.

For clamp, actually I can find it in Amazon for $80 each. they have one in stock. probably I should contact that seller to see if he can help me out.

If you need the spring for the gripper adjuster screw, I've use a spring from a ball-point pen before.

As for the other parts, you may as well buy another machine. You're looking at least $200.

I just emailed them about some hold down clamps and JC replied about 48 hours later. Not sure why you are having so much trouble.

I sent mine on Wednesday, I asked about the short glidebar's availability and price. I thought they should reply regardless, ?

By the way, I sent it to jhenry@tennismachines.com. Is it right?
