CB 4.3 lace lock issue

My CBs are far from qualifying for the 6 month outsole warranty but the lace lock system broke on me already. This has happened to my other pairs but they were worn through by then. Does anyone know if the 6-month warranty will cover the lace lock breaking?

i think it doesnt cover the laces. many people has an issue with the lacing with the 4.3s.

It isn't under the warranty, but they will still cover it under a manufacturing flaw. Just email nike and tell em what happened, they should let you send it in the same way with a 6 month and give u a voucher. This same thing happened to me and they have excepted it both times...unfortunately i wont be get any more 4.3's for this exact reason.

They snapped on me after 2 months each time i got a pair.

Great thanks for the info! Nike should probably make the lace system out of a more durable material or just go back to regular holes.
