For my style of play, the topspin, power, and leverage provided, fits me. I also found with the 27.5 in frame I used, volleys are much better performed by choking up on the grip. Why do I find so many who want nothing to do with this, and instead stick with the older gear? The game is changing exceptionally with this new racquet tech.

Because smaller head, standard length, and heavier weight is just better since it gives you tamed power with lots of control and accuracy. You can ask a couple of gentlemen by the names of Pete Sampras and Roger Federer to verify my claim.
