Adidas' ClimaLite, Nike's Dri-Fit, Fila's Performa, etc. ?

Do Adidas' ClimaLite, Nike's Dri-Fit, Fila's Performa, and Reebok's Play-Dry clothes actually work as advertised? All of these fabrics are supposed to wick sweat away from your body and keep you dry. Have people had good experiences with these and found they actually keep you drier and more comfortable during heated play on hot, humid days better than other, cheaper fabrics? Does one work better than the others or are they all about the same?

BTW, has anyone noticed that Adidas' ClimaLite shirts sometimes have a strange, perspiration-like smell to them even when they are brand new, before you ever even wear them?

I like Adidas' ClimLite clothing. It seems to work a lot better than Nike's Dri-Fit.

I sweat a lot during my games and i like the
dri-fit shirts very much!

But the Nike 'cool motion' shirts were just incredeble!
It's a shame they don't make them anymore.

they are good is your sweating bullets, i would use the adidas stuff cause it actually works compared to nike, i use mainly under armour which is superior than anything else i have ever tried. under armour really works

Lotto Pulsar 100% poly shorts and shirts work very well. Super light, great fit, pricing and style. Ain't goin' back to heavy cotton anytime soon!

i haven't tried the nike stuff, but i have a lot of adidas and diadora shirts and they are great. instead of changing 3 cotton shirts in one afternoon tennis session, i can use 1 or 2 the whole time. i still want to try under armour, but i haven't found a place where they sell them cheap. does anyone think that TW should stock under armour?
