Default I Wish Tw Offer Some Incentive

as most ppl here, I am a frequent buyer of TW.
Since it's the holiday season, I am wondering if TW can have some discount, or coupons, or other incentives.

I'm sure that customers will very appreciate it. And it is a businesswise a good investment for TW to offer such incentives back to customer every once a while.

After all, the margin of selling is still pretty big. So some incentive should not be of a big problem.

So besides a free tennis forum, excellent customer service, reliability, and a wide variety of products at a reasonable price ... you want more?

More please? HUMBUG... No, actually I am for it. TW is great but it wouldn't hurt them to bring in more buyers from initives. Use a point system or something like airline miles... Spend $1000000 and get a racquet!

Yes, I want more.
A token of any kind of offering discount is also an appreciation to the customers. For me, even if TW does not offer any incentive, I will continue buying stuff.
But, a discount program, especially around Christmas season, will only be good for TW.

I think you've just answered your own question of why they don't offer incentives.

TW is great. They don't need to offer any more incentives.

I'm all for the incentives. I love the board and I love the service. But discounts for frequent shoppers or shipping discounts will only bring in more business.

yeah i think this is a good diea too. I find that when i run out of grips or some other small item, i usually dont buy from tw right away. BEcasue of the shipping cost, i tend to either try to split the order with someone, because its not really worth 6 bucks on top of a 25 dollar order. IF there was free shipping on smalelr orders, such as overgrips, or strings, i think it would bring in more business. It would make it cheaper to order online form TW. Otherwise many people go to a racqeut shop, pay a little more, but still comes out cheaper than here. Free shipping would solve the problem and add some more business to TW.
