Default Where to find good pro pictures, past and present?

Alot of pros don't have decent websites. Mac has none, and Agassi has almost no photos on his. The advantage tennis website was pitiful, as they look like they took 80-something pictures of a pro during one practice session and called it an "album". yahoo! sports deletes most of their photos within 2 weeks. Where can you find great pro pics?

Getty Images has a really good archive of player photos, at http://editorial.gettyimages.com/sou...pg=1&am=-1

Just search on the pro players' last name. The larger versions of the images have a watermark, but again, there's a great selection.

Of course, if you are looking for photos of Rafael Nadal, just visit http://www.vamosrafael.com

McEnroe does not have a website I have renewed respect for him.

Many players have fan websites, but few have official ones. Coria has an official (officious?) one, and calls himself "el mago" (the magician) Hasn't that name already been taken? Some nerve.

McEnroe doesn't need a web-site. His fame goes way beyond just the tennis crowd.

Your best shot is to make friend with someone who has access to the AP photo database. All local papers are members...

Are you looking for something specific?
