Joe Backhand,
I hear ya, but we don't get paid to play tennis. If you're a pro, there's no excuse to be fat (esp. in your 20's). Cap. & Pierce need to ease up on the twinkies (and I'm not attacking their beauty or lack thereof). |

I would rather watch Demented-eva choke all over the court than Gaudio. At least Demented looks good in skirt. :->

Don't you know it my friend!! Elena is a right Choice Piece Of Crumpett! I was excited about the final but she just didn't get it together. Even though she got her ***** kicked she is still my number 1! -Liam |

"well, at least the girls are easy on the eyes..... I don't care about the quality of the tennis anyway.... " This pretty much tells it. I like to to see attractive girls as any other straight guy, but when I tune in to watch a grand slam, I want to see good TENNIS being played (I see much better matches in my local park by 5.0 players, than the pro womens). If they throw in an attractive body, that's a bonus. There's always the SEX channel for those with dozu's mentality. This one poster Liam's obsession with a tennis player is scary.
lol Good one Joe |

Whatever you say Joan Backhand. Anyway regarding the level of womens tennis, I don't think its fair to say they are equivalent to 5.0 male players. I've seen these women play up close and they would kill any mens club player and probably most mens college players too. My point is that I pity the likes of Pierce and Capriati who buy into this whole notion (hook, line and sinker) that you have to be big and muscular like Serena to be a great tennis player. On the mens side it seems like Agassi is doing the same. It seems like players who are insecure about their height want to compensate by making themselves wider and wider. I am utterly grossed out when I look at Capriati now--that's not a male or female, its a thing! In tennis there is a tradeoff between size and agility. Look at the best players now-- Federer, Henman, Coria, Ferrero. Hopefully, on the womens they will be Myskina, Sharapova, Dementieva and Hantuchova now.
