Poor Sam Stosur also lost in today's women's doubles final.

We just don't pay much attention to it Oh yeah. That was the fourth round... My bad. I was too happy Hingis is in the final (!) to think straight. And commisseration (sp?) to Stosur. better luck next time |

was surprised to read that hingis has never won a mixed slam before, even though she has 9 doubles slams.

Didn't Bhupathi play with the "other" Martina last year and had planned to play with her again this year (for those matches that Navritalova enters). Suppose he has to make a decision now, to team with the "old" Martina or the "new" Martina. Tough choice! They are both among the best woman doubles players in the game these days. (I wonder if Martina H. and Martina N. have any interest in forming a team with each other? That would be a good one.)
