this is probably the fastes court worldwide - it clearly favors Belarus
not unexpected their 2:0 lead and Voltchkov is a much stronger when he plays a DC-tie |

was looking at the davis cup website. spain has only won 1 tie in the last 5 years on a surface other than clay.
