Thanks for the report. What do you think are Jimmy's chances to beat Murray tonight?

I didn't think that was humanly possible. Blake is just about the fastest guy on the tour. Wang must have played an incredible match.

I'd guess pretty good. Murray's not reached a level of consistency yet, he can still throw in some bad matches at times.

That said, he's still a pretty heavy favorite.

I heard that Wang was super consistent and was actually faster than Blake. So Blake tried to outhit him, but ended up playing a horrible match. Blake is not as mature/seasoned as he thinks he is. He has a long way to go to be like Agassi, shaving his head was just a start.

I think his chances are very good. I will be going there tonight if I manage to get off work in time.

I read you, BP. Wang shocked me with his speed and consistency. His service, though nowhere near as fast as Blake's, was placed extremely well. I was thinking, this is it, Blake's going to come back, but he never did...

Blake definitely did have a bad day, and I am guessing that this must been one of Wang's better matches.

Blake blows hot and cold, once you get into that mindset you never stay consistent on the Tour, no Plan B and little margin for error with James's game. Still a big asset to the tour, a cool dude.

At his best he can give anyone trouble, including Federer. He hits HUGE. At his worst, he tries to finish points off too quickly and misses the lines. A good defensive player can beat him on those days. If he was playing like that against Nadal at the US Open, we wouldn't have had that classic Agassi match.
