Dubai is a slow hardcourt. I'd put money on Nadal(especially since the oddsmakers will underate him)

Nadal is pumped up. Federer is Federer. Both of these guys are nearly unbeatable. I don't think there's a favorite in this match - Nadal is 1-1 against Federer on hardcourts but Federer wasn't feeling well in one match and Nadal nearly beat him in straight sets the other then lost in 5. Then on clay, Federer says it was the worst semifinal he's played, but was that because Nadal put him off his game? It's hard...but damn, I'll pick Federer. Surely by now he's figured out Nadal's game.

If Federer loses, Nadal might end up being the dominant player this year.

If I were a betting man, I'd probably take those +250 odds and go for Nadal. He's always given Federer trouble so what makes people think that will change? I have a feeling Fed will come through, but Nadal's got an equal chance and I certainly wouldn't be surprised to see him fall down on his back in victory at the end of this match.

my vote to Fed, but it won't easy game for Fed (imo).
I predict this year will show the dominant rivalry between Fed-Nadal, they will meet in finals each other often as long as nadal stay health from injury.
