He took out the Aussie in Three Sets. I knew he had it in him. His best tennis is in front of him.
In 2006 James Blake will be a force to be reckon with.

Blake is a major force on hardcourts. His ability to take the ball on the rise and hit winners from any part of the court is amazing. His serve looks alot stronger,hence he may just have his best showing at wimbledon this year. That flat forehand should do some real damage on the grass.

Hewitt got robbed on a one of the worst baseline no-calls ever. the ball was long by
8-10".... WEAK! Oh well... Hewitt doesn't deserve to win until he starts serving better anyway.

Be fair... Hewitt is a small guy... serving will always be hard for him, his serve has improved a lot over the years. I'm rather concerned about his physical health and perhaps the wearing down of his mentality.

I'm very glad James won this tournament, after USO, he didn't really continue the momentum he built over the summer but I'm sure this will boost his confidence plenty for Wimbledon. I would be disappointed if he lost before the quarters.
