Dementieva takes Russia to an early 1-0 lead with a 6-4, 6-3 win over Clijsters!

Belgium was heavily favored, but Clijsters hasn't played in a while, and when she did, she was real rusty.

Next up: Henin-Hardenne vs. Petrova

Oh, I wish I could watch this on TV!!!

Clijsters and H-H both win their reverse singles today, moving Belgium into the semi-finals in July against the US.
