recently, a small part near my elbow (just below the tricep) felt sore/tender (up to a slight twinge if pressed harder) when i press it or lean it against a hard surface.
is this tennis elbow? will the forearm exercises documented in a lot of sites help in alleviating this? also, i seem to be experiencing shoulder pain a bit although the soreness/pain goes away after about 20 minutes of playing... I guess a more intensive warm-up might be needed, but is this a danger sign? thanks.... rgds, - ron |

I can sympathize with your pain as the same thing happens to me. What kind of racket are you using?

I use a Prince TT Warrior MP. don't think it's the racquet though, as i've been using it for over 2 years. maybe it's just the different players i've been up against... i recently started playing with 4.5 players who hit a lot harder and with more consistency...
