Hey guys, ive just got home from a tournament match today that I lost in. I basically out played him and it was very close, except on the important points where he'd place the ball in the corner and i wouldnt have the legs to get to it. Towards the end of the match I was also finding that my feet were not getting into position, because of fatigue. This has been a real problem for me since i moved up grades playing players of a higher standard. Im really looking to improve my fitness and footwork with a training plan, but would have no idea how to go about setting one. Ive tried going for the occasional jog before but I just dont stick to doing it. I really need to set a training plan to improve my footwork and endurance so does anyone have any pointers??
Thanks guys |

You said it right. The key to any plan is sticking to it.
