Shoe sizing

If I wanted to get a color scheme that is only available to womens and not to mens shoe, (I want the breathe free color in womens), is it fair to say that since I wear size 10.5 mens, that I can get size 12 and it will fit? Or will the women's shoes be smaller/narrower?

Dopke,
Women's lasts usually run narrower than men's. There will be a size and a half difference in length.
