Default Roddick's rubber band dampener

There was a discussion on the old thread about placing part of a dampener over the last cross. I used to put a tie wrap overlapping the last cross to hold my Sampras O dampener onto the stringbed (those lil things get pricy if you start to lose them often). So there was a whole question about if this was legal or not. Well I have the Wimbledon final on tape and I saw that Roddick seems to overlap his rubber band dampener on the last cross. I stepped through some sequences frame by frame and there is very little doubt that this is what he's doing. So it seems my tie wrap was either legal afterall.
