Maybe Davenport. She wants to settle down now.

Maybe all 3.
Venus says she will retire if Serena does. Serena is making a hard-court comeback, but if she loses first round in a couple, she may hang up her racquet. Lindsay was absent from the FO and Wimbledon and always talks about retiring. Will this be the year Martina (N) retires for good? |

I believe that Serena is focused on making a serious and big comeback to the tour. Venus would still be thinking she has a shot at a few more slams just a year after her Wimbledon run. Davenport on the other hand has been struggling with injuries again... if she can shake it off and make a good run and mount a serious challenge on the hardcourts and US Open she should be good for another year. Otherwise she'll probably retire at the end of this one.

Lindsay will retire at the end of the year I bet. The Williams are here to stay for awhile. Serena will be number one again mark my words.

Linsay's gone. Serena's next.
