Default sergei bruguera set up

what is he playing with these days???

Think the guy was vastly underated as a clay court player. Everyone goes on about Nadal blah blha blah. would have liked to see bruguera in his prime vs Nadal

Sergi was awesome.
Last I saw him, he had a VOlkl. Probably a C10 pro.

Re: Sergi of the mid-nineties versus Nadal of 2006...talk about a sweatfest! What a battle on any surface! But I think Sergi would have a hard time getting a set.

Ive also seen photos of him using a Volkl recently, also looks like a C-10 to me.

I would be interested in finding out what string/tension he used in the mid 90s. Anyone know?

I do not know. I think he used Tecnifibre at a fairly low tension on a Yonex with a tiny grip. Like ... no replacement grip, just one or two overgrips.

If he were playing today, I can see him carving up the ball with a Pure Control with Hurricane at like 55.

Default yonex rd7

I believe he used a yonex rd7 as most yonex players of that time did. He also used a very small grip, not sure of the string, but i know it was strung ridiculously low.

The guy doesent get anywhere near enough credit. Hed grind Nadal into the ground in my opinion. Before the guy had leg injuries he was as fit as an ox and would outgrind anyone Muster and Courier included.
