federer hands down. he uses his serve. its not the biggest but thats the part of this serve that makes it good. it sets him up for the point.

this isn't really debatable. Sampras is and will always be the best. The highest speed to spin ratio ever...

IMO Sampras, no doubt. I watched his past matches and realized how tremendous his serve was.
