There's a clay tournament (green clay though) at the end of August at a club near where I live. That's the only clay that I know of in PA, though I'm sure they is a whole lot more.

Williamsport, if you know where that is. It's where the Little League World Series is held. It's about an hour and a half from Scranton.

Zhan, Near Philly , right? I'm in Lebanon, probably 1 1/2 hours away.
Have access to clay, if your between 3.5 to 4.0 and don't mind the
drive, I could set you up.

In general, the USTA's Tennis Link search function is a good place to start. In your area, add the word clay into the search function.
There are a bunch of clubs on Philly's Main Line that have clay. A little farther away, I belong to two in the city's Germantown section.

Default Red Clay in Allentown

There are red clay courts in Allentown.

There are courts in Jordan Park, a City of Allentown park off of 7th Street. According to the city's website, permits to play on these courts can be obtained at the courts (http://www.allentownpa.org/text/recr..._programs.htm). I heard a rumor that the courts will not be opening this year, but I can't confirm this.

There are also courts at 21st & Allen Streets which belong to the private Oakmont Tennis Club (http://www.oakmonttennis.com/) of which I am a member. The club isn't yet open for the season but it should be open later this month. Memberships applications for the season are currently being accepted (the application and relevant info is on the website). Let me know if you want more info or if you want to hit.

Zhan, You are surrounded by Har-Tru Clay Courts if you are at Villanova. All the better mainline clubs have clay. I also think there are some public clay courts in the Philly Suburbs...go to www.hartru.com and ask the folks who make the stuff, I bet they will know.
