I often had problems getting my grip sorted quickly for a 2hbh while holding my forehand grip on service return.
Now I hold the raquet with right hand in forehand grip and left in BH grip. On a forehand I can just take my left hand off and for the BH I can easily slide my right hand over to wherever it is comfortable since my left is in position already. This has made things much easier. What do you other 2hbh plauyers do? |

It's easier for me to switch from a backhand grip to forehand grip so I start with both hands in a backhand grip.

I put both hands in the ready two handed bh position. However, the whole time I'm thinking to myself that the serve is coming to my fh.
