Prince Precision Graphite 700 OS?

Anybody have any info on this frame? Year of sale. Specs?

Looks like an attempted updated version of the venerable POG.

The Precision Graphites were mid- 90's versions of the venerable POG with a tighter string pattern, but still with a crossbar -- the 700 OS had an 18x21 pattern and there was also a midsize version called the 640 which was 16x18. The 700 never really caught on, although Medvedev and Novotna among others played with the 640.
