lately i have been having trouble centering the ball. maybe im just thinking about it too much but before i never had trouble centering the ball. maybe it will come back. any tips on centering the ball?

Try volleying against the wall. Don't let the ball drop. Concentrate in hitting the center.

Ulam has a good idea.
Also try hitting with an old-style wood racket. The wood is not so forgiving as a modern racket. You will ABSOLUTELY know when you are hitting off center/out of the sweet-spot. Also, get back to the basic of watching the ball. Don't just kind of watch it, consciously and intently watch it. Good luck, B |

Watch the ball through impact. When i follow the ball... I can really deliver a load.
